Explanation:
Prices are in euros per week for 6 people. The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
Extra person: € 35 per week.
In the high season the houses can only be rented per week, from Saturday to Saturday. The other seasons allow flexible arrival and departure days with a minimum stay of 3 nights. Please inquire for prices.
Additional costs:
Cleaning € 70,- (obligatory)
Bed linen € 6,50 p.p. (obligatory)
** Electricity: summer € 35,-, winter € 95,- per week (including wood for wood stove)
Tourist tax / fees approx € 0,90 (20 Kc) p.p.p.d.
Optional:
Towels and kitchen linen are not included in the price. It is possible to order these:
Towel package: € 3,50 (2 towels)
Kitchen linen package: € 3,50 (1 kitchen towel, 1 tea towel, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge)
Kids package: € 25,- (baby cot, bed linen, high chair)

**Electricity rate:
Summer: from 1st of May to 1st of October

In the electricity tariff summer is max. 150 Kwh per week included and in the electricity tariff winter is max. 350 Kwh per week included. This is sufficient for normal consumption. In case of exceeding, we will charge the extra electricity consumed at the current price.
